IRAQ-KURDISTAN
Ever since the establishment of its IPR Office in Baghdad, the Republic of Iraq has been a member of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property; however, it has not adopted the Madrid System for the registration of Trademarks. Iraq follows the International Classification of Goods and Services under the Nice Agreement, after joining WIPO in 1976.
