LIBYA
Ever since the establishment of its IPR system, the State of Libya has been a member of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property; however, it has not adopted the Madrid System for the registration of Trademarks. Libya follows the International Classification of Goods and Services under the Nice Agreement, following its official affiliation with WIPO in 1976.
